Graphic Designer
Contract/Part-time, Remote
We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer/Video Editor to join our team!
Right Left Agency is a fully remote digital marketing agency that works with a wide variety of US-based clients (B2B, SaaS, ecomm) and specializes in performance marketing and creative strategy (paid ads, email marketing, web development/CRO.) We combine hard data (the left brain) with art and aesthetic (the right brain) = Right Left Agency!
The Position:
- Looking for a graphic designer with video editing capabilities to work on marketing agency projects (i.e. paid online ads, UGC videos, emails, websites and landing pages, etc.)
- Role is within the Creative Team and will work under the Creative Director
- This position is fully remote (can be based anywhere in the world), but will require 1-2 weekly calls in US (EST) time zone
- Expected to work and be available during US (EST) workday hours (with some flexibility)
- Part-time (15-20h per week) with room for growth up to full-time (40h/week)— perfect for someone who wants to grow in the field of marketing/creative strategy

Key Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Understand creative briefs/requests from team and be able to conceptualize + create a creative asset from start to finish
- Design dynamic and high-quality statics, GIFs and videos and understands how to "make good ads" for social media platforms (having CTA, visual hierarchy, etc.)
- Edit and stitch together videos for ads/social media with a coherent storyline and key elements (hook, captions, transitions, etc.)
- Can write marketing-style copy (in English) for various clients, understanding brand tone-of-voice
- Able to come up with creative concepts/themes from scratch or based off of competitor references (creative strategy)
- Able to work on a variety of assets/collateral from websites and social ads to print and animations
- Use team’s task management software for daily tasks
- Preferred past experience working directly with clients or for agencies (can be non-client-facing)
Skills:
- Must have at least 3+ years experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in an agency setting
- Must be proficient in Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/XD, CapCut and captioning apps/software
- Familiar using AI tools to support designs (voice AI, image generation AI, ChatGPT for copywriting, etc.)
- Full fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Timely responses to team messages/emails
- Detail-oriented
- Self-motivated/self-starter that is willing to learn and grow!
- Ability to effectively work independently from home and manage own time
