Job Summary
We’re looking for a RPA Software Engineer to support our team in Singapore.
This is a 12 months renewable contract role.
Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Power Automate RPA & Azure Integration Specialist with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in intelligent automation, cloud-native solutions, and hybrid integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI Builder, Microsoft 365 (especially SharePoint), and on-premises system integration, including environment setup and configuration to support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Power Automate RPA workflows to automate business processes across departments.
- Integrate AI Builder capabilities such as form processing, prediction models, and document automation into Power Platform solutions.
- Implement Power Automate Zero infrastructure automation using serverless and SaaS-based technologies.
- Build and manage hybrid integrations between on-premises systems and Azure cloud services.
- Setup and configure Power Automate environments, Azure connectors, and gateways for secure and scalable automation.
- Enable automation and data exchange with on-premises resources, including internal web applications, network drives, and legacy systems.
- Integrate and automate workflows across Microsoft 365 products, with a strong focus on SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Apply deep knowledge of SharePoint architecture, including document libraries, lists, metadata, permissions, and content types.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, secure solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and performance standards.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation and integration solutions.
- Document workflows, integration patterns, and technical designs for internal knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automation and integration using Power Automate (RPA) and AI Builder.
- Strong knowledge of Azure integration services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Hybrid Connections).
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint Online, including site structure, content management, and user permissions.
- Experience integrating with on-premises environments, including accessing internal web applications, network drives, and data sources via gateways or hybrid connectors.
- Hands-on experience in setting up and configuring Power Automate environments, Azure connectors, and hybrid integration components.
- Understanding of hybrid cloud architecture, including secure data flow between on-premises and cloud.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with Power Automate zero infrastructure environment setup, including proxy configuration, access to internal web applications, and internal network drives, will be advantageous.
- Certified Microsoft Power Platform (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400) and Microsoft Azure (AZ-900, AZ-104, or AZ-204) certifications are a bonus and may be prioritized.
