At RiDanKo, we work at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, experiences and design. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into visually compelling content across all four verticals of our business.

What You'll Work On

1. Personal Branding

Design LinkedIn carousels, presentations, brand assets and visual content for founders and professionals.
Create cohesive visual identities that align with individual brand narratives.

2. Content & Communications

Design social media creatives, campaign assets, pitch decks, newsletters and marketing collateral.
Work closely with content strategy to bring stories to life visually.

3. Art Direction

Assist in mood boarding, visual research, campaign concepts and shoot planning.
Create design elements that support brand campaigns and creative projects.

4. Experiences & Workshops (Cheese & Chase)

Design workshop materials, invitations, workbooks, event branding, signage, presentation decks, and participant kits.
Help create immersive and aesthetically thoughtful experiences.

What We're Looking For

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
Understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
Ability to work across both digital and print mediums.
Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute ideas beyond execution.

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
Experience working with lifestyle, luxury, founder-led, or hospitality brands.
Interest in workshops, events, and experience design.
