RichCAM Auto Engineering is expanding its footprint across Europe, and we’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our growing international team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute region-specific marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Manage RichCAM’s brand presence across Europe, ensuring consistency and alignment with global strategy
- Generate leads through strategic B2B outreach, exhibitions, LinkedIn, and email marketing
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to create tailored content and sales tools
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer insights to adjust strategies accordingly
- Manage relationships with media partners, agencies, and local event organizers
- Report on campaign performance and ROI to the leadership team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in industrial, automotive, or engineering sectors
- Strong understanding of European market dynamics
- Experience with marketing tools (CRM, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional European languages are a plus)
- Self-motivated, creative, and results-driven
