What will you be doing?
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for their flagship AI product.
- Develop and maintain software video technology using Golang
- Work with encoding, transcoding, video manipulation, and libraries
- Work with modern frameworks to create robust and scalable applications.
- Containerize and maintain applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Contribute to integration and system test frameworks to ensure high quality of delivered enhancements.
What are the minimum qualifications?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development Golang/Go or C++.
- Experience with any of the following in this order:
- Video technology, encoding, transcoding, video manipulation, libraries, etc.
- ML libraries.
- REST Services, gRPC, etc.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
What will make your résumé stand out?
- Experience Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools.
- Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Familiarity with SQL database technologies, specifically PostgreSQL.
- Experience with video formats and transformation libraries such as ffmpeg.
Location: Remote, but must live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
