Job Description — Graphic Designer (Static + Video Editing & Motion Graphics)

About Us

Ricavi Media is a performance marketing agency specializing in Meta Ads, creative strategy, and growth for D2C and service-based brands. We're looking for a versatile Graphic Designer who can create scroll-stopping static creatives as well as edit engaging video content and motion graphics for ad campaigns across multiple client brands.

Role Overview

We're hiring a Graphic Designer who's equally comfortable designing static ad creatives and editing short-form videos/reels with motion graphics. You'll work closely with our performance marketing and content teams to produce high-converting creative assets for Meta Ads, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design static ad creatives (carousels, single images, banners) for Meta/Google Ads campaigns
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, UGC-style ads, product videos) for multiple client brands
• Create motion graphics and simple animations (text animations, transitions, logo reveals) to enhance video content
• Work from raw footage, stock assets, or product shoots to produce polished final creatives
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets for each client
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team to align creatives with campaign objectives and testing hypotheses
• Manage multiple projects/client deadlines simultaneously
• Stay updated on ad creative trends, especially what's performing well on Meta Ads and Instagram/Reels

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design + video editing (agency experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or CapCut/similar for quick-turnaround edits)
• Strong understanding of motion graphics principles (kinetic typography, simple animations, transitions)
• Portfolio showcasing both static design work and video editing/motion graphics samples (mandatory)
• Understanding of ad creative best practices for Meta/Instagram (hook-first editing, thumb-stopping visuals)
• Good sense of design, typography, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of aspect ratios/specs for different platforms (Reels, Stories, Feed, etc.)

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for D2C/e-commerce brands
• Familiarity with Canva (for quick client-facing mockups)
• Knowledge of trending audio/formats for Reels and short-form content
