Engineering Lead

We are looking for an Engineering lead to lead a cross-functional team in delivering scalable software solutions. As an Engineering Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire software development life cycle, from concept to deployment, within a dynamic cross-functional team.

As an Engineering lead, you should have expertise in both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. You should be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

We are looking for an Engineering lead who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming.

You will also work with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

• Develop and deliver user interface as per the design
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Quickly build and validate 1st cuts for concepts
• Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.
• Ability to adapt to a newer technology
• Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
• Strong problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills
• 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams.
