Join us at Rexus USA LLC as we deliver a mission-critical Emergency Management System (EMS) for one of the largest public water utilities in the U.S. (WSSC Water).

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Own the entire EMS system lifecycle — design, development, deployment, and maintenance
• Customize our existing EMS prototype (Flask, SQLite, Leaflet.js, Tailwind) to meet client requirements
• Integrate GIS, SCADA-ready APIs, weather feeds, and vehicle tracking overlays
• Implement real-time dashboards for water, sewer, flood, and alert tracking
• Provide L2/L3 technical support during the post-launch 3-year maintenance phase
• Collaborate with the project manager and client-side IT teams
• Ensure secure deployment on AWS EC2 or client datacenter (to be finalized)

🛠️ Tech Stack

• Python (Flask)
• SQLite / PostgreSQL
• HTML, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS
• Leaflet.js / GIS
• AWS EC2, Linux, Systemd
• REST APIs, SAML (Entra ID integration preferred)

✅ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development (Python + Web stack)
• Proven experience deploying secure apps on cloud (AWS preferred)
• Experience integrating maps or GIS data (Leaflet.js/PostGIS ideal)
• Comfort working independently and taking ownership of full delivery
• Ability to provide extended support (part-time) after go-live

🧑‍💻 Bonus Points

• Experience with public sector or utility clients
• Exposure to SCADA systems or IoT sensor data integration
• Familiarity with agile project delivery
