Rex.zone connects companies with versatile marketers to plan and execute cross-channel marketing that drives measurable growth. In this role, you will support acquisition, activation, and retention through strong campaign execution, disciplined reporting, and async collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across content, email, social, and paid channels
- Maintain a campaign calendar, creative briefs, and stakeholder updates
- Create and optimize landing pages, offers, and CTAs to improve conversion rate
- Support SEO tasks including keyword mapping, on-page optimization, and content briefs
- Coordinate paid media with partners/agencies; track spend, CPL, and ROAS
- Build lifecycle journeys (welcome, onboarding, retention, win-back)
- Own dashboards and weekly performance summaries (traffic, leads, MQLs, pipeline)
- Run A/B tests across subject lines, landing pages, and messaging
- Ensure brand voice consistency and platform policy compliance
- Document playbooks, templates, and repeatable processes
Required Qualifications
- Mid-Senior experience in marketing generalist, growth, or marketing operations roles
- Hands-on campaign management across multiple channels
- Working knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content workflows
- Comfort with analytics and KPI reporting (conversion rate, CAC, LTV, MQL→SQL)
- Experience with CRM/marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot)
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Ability to collaborate remotely across time zones with clear documentation
- English communication proficiency for distributed teams
Tools & Workflows
You may use HubSpot (or similar), Google Analytics, Search Console, dashboards (Looker/Sheets), A/B testing tools, and project management tools (Jira/Asana/Notion). Success depends on clean UTM tracking, campaign hygiene, and disciplined reporting.
