Software Engineer

At RevX, we operate at scale — handling 3M+ QPS and managing petabytes of data. We’re looking for a passionate Software Development Engineer to help us build and deliver high-performance systems and features that power customer engagement, operational efficiency, and business growth. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to design, develop, and ship impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop highly scalable, low-maintenance systems.
• Build and implement robust service and product interfaces.
• Lead and deliver projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Provide technical support across multiple applications in our technology stack.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Balance and prioritize multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation for projects.
• Collaborate across teams to drive root cause analysis and resolution of issues.
• Continuously monitor system usage and product performance, driving improvements in reliability and quality.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience as a Backend Software Engineer.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on experience building backend applications in C/C++.
• Knowledge of backend systems in Java is a plus.
• Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of relational database concepts.
• Proficiency with Unix/Linux systems and shell commands.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) is a differentiator.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent) from a reputed university.
