Title: Head of Marketing – RevX (DSP & AdTech)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Head of Marketing who will play a critical role in positioning RevX as a leader in AdTech, crafting compelling product messaging, and driving demand generation efforts through content, events, and field marketing. This is a senior marketing leadership position that requires hands-on execution, strong cross-border project management, and collaboration with product, sales, and account teams.
✔ Product Marketing – Translating complex AdTech solutions into compelling narratives.
✔ Content Strategy – Creating impactful thought leadership, case studies, and educational material.
✔ Field Marketing & Events – Driving brand visibility through industry conferences, roadshows, and webinars.
✔ Cross-Functional Project Management – Coordinating global marketing campaigns across multiple teams and geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Marketing & Positioning
- Develop product messaging and value propositions that clearly differentiate RevX from competitors.
- Create sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battle cards, and one-pagers.
- Work with the Product team to translate technical features into customer-centric benefits.
- Launch new product features with well-structured go-to-market strategies.
Content Marketing & Thought Leadership
- Build a content roadmap aligned with business objectives, covering blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and industry reports.
- Develop SEO-driven content to improve organic visibility and inbound lead generation.
- Oversee social media strategy to enhance brand presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and industry forums.
- Collaborate with internal experts to position RevX as a thought leader in App Retargeting & Programmatic Growth.
Field Marketing & Events
- Plan and execute industry conferences, networking events, and roadshows in key global markets.
- Manage webinars and virtual events to educate clients on programmatic best practices.
- Partner with trade organizations and publishers to enhance brand credibility and sponsorship opportunities.
- Track and analyze event ROI to refine future engagement strategies.
Demand Generation & ABM (Account-Based Marketing)
- Align with the Sales team to run targeted campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
- Execute multi-channel lead generation strategies using content, paid media, and partnerships.
- Optimize email marketing and CRM-driven outreach to nurture high-value prospects.
- Measure MQL-to-SQL conversion rates to refine marketing tactics.
Cross-Border Project Management
- Work across global teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success) to ensure marketing alignment.
- Manage external agencies, designers, and freelancers to scale content and creative production.
- Oversee budget allocation and marketing ROI tracking.
- Adapt strategies to regional market dynamics (APAC, EMEA, North America).
Required Skills & Experience(Must):
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B Marketing, ideally in AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS.
- Strong product marketing skills—ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Experience in content marketing, event execution, and sales enablement.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration & project management skills.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and webinar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across different time zones and cultures.
- Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills for both technical and commercial audiences.
Bonus Points for:
- Prior experience in Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), AdTech, or Performance Marketing.
- Understanding of programmatic advertising, retargeting, and mobile marketing trends.
- Strong network in SEA digital marketing & advertiser communities.
- Experience working with paid media, ABM, and CRM automation tools.
