Sr UI/UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced Sr UI/UX Designer with iGaming sector knowledge to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and exceptional user experiences for various digital products and platforms within the iGaming industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces that reflect the brand identity and values of our clients within the iGaming industry
• Conduct thorough research on user behaviors and preferences to inform the design process and ensure the creation of user-centered designs
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers to translate business requirements into visually appealing and functional design concepts
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and enhance the overall user experience
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within the iGaming sector to incorporate innovative design solutions into our projects

Requirements:

• Preferably degree in IT, UI/UX or related discipline
• 3yrs+ experience in UI/UX design
• Understanding of UX and User-Centered design
• Experienced with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro & prototyping tools like Origami Studio, Noodl, Framer, Proto.io, UX Pin
• Experience with data-driven design based on Google Analytics, A/B testing, HotJar
• Experience with conducting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative studies
• Familiarity with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects
• Basic understanding of HTML & CSS
• Ability to cooperate with cross-disciplinary teams and all levels of employees and management as well as multitasking
• Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently, great attention to details
• In-depth understanding of the iGaming industry and users/ experience as a client within iGaming
• Willingness to learn new things and expand his/her UI/UX knowledge
• Professional working ability in English
