Company Overview
RevOptics is a modern revenue optimization platform helping go-to-market teams improve pipeline performance through smarter targeting, messaging, and outbound execution.
We sit at the intersection of data, outbound strategy, and revenue operations, helping companies turn insights into predictable growth.
Role Overview
We’re hiring a part-time Growth Marketing Specialist to help build and execute RevOptics’ marketing engine from the ground up.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who can move quickly across SEO, content, paid campaigns, and outbound support.
You’ll work closely with the founder and sales team to drive qualified pipeline and not just traffic.

- Optimize website pages and create new SEO-driven landing pages
- Implement on-page SEO best practices
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversion performance
Content Creation & Distribution
- Build and manage a content calendar
- Write and/or repurpose:
- Blog posts
- LinkedIn content (especially founder-led)
- Case studies and sales enablement materials
- Turn one piece of content into multiple distribution assets
Paid Campaigns & Growth Experiments
- Launch and manage Google Ads campaigns
- Test new channels (LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, etc.)
- Build landing pages and optimize for conversion
- Continuously test messaging, offers, and audiences
Outbound & Sales Alignment

Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track key metrics: traffic, conversions, CPL, pipeline
- Set up and manage tools like GA4, HubSpot, etc.
- Identify what’s working and double down on it
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
- 2 - 3+ years in marketing, growth, or demand generation
- Experience with:
- SEO and keyword research
- Google Ads
- Content creation (writing required)
- Strong execution skills: you can actually build, launch, and iterate
- Comfortable working independently in a startup environment
- Focused on results (pipeline, conversions), not vanity metrics
Nice-to-Have
- B2B SaaS experience
- Experience supporting outbound / SDR teams
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Apollo, Clay
- Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Time Commitment
- 10–20 hours per week, but this is a contract to hire position
- Fully remote
- Flexible schedule with async collaboration
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- SEO foundation in place with initial ranking improvements
- Consistent content cadence established
- At least 1–2 campaigns launched and generating leads
- Clear visibility into marketing’s contribution to pipeline
- Improved alignment between marketing and outbound
Why This Role Is Different
- You won’t just “support marketing”—you’ll help build the growth engine from scratch and directly impact revenue.
