Job Title: Marketing Technology Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a Marketing Technology Manager who can lead the intersection of marketing and technology by delivering innovative MarTech solutions that improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency. You will play a central role in managing platforms, tools, and integrations that power marketing across digital and offline channels. This position is ideal for someone passionate about automation, data flow, performance tracking, and digital experience optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of the MarTech roadmap in alignment with marketing strategies and business goals.
- Manage vendor relationships and implementations of MarTech tools such as Qualified (chatbot), 6sense, CMS, analytics platforms, and automation tools.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to global marketing teams and serve as the escalation point for MarTech platform issues.
- Define and document requirements for new technology capabilities, integrations, and enhancements.
- Configure 3rd party API integrations to ensure seamless data flow and accurate lead/contact management.
- Optimize and govern marketing technology platforms by implementing best practices, usage audits, data hygiene, and user governance.
- Monitor and report on MarTech KPIs, system adoption, and ROI of marketing technologies.
- Lead onboarding, training, and enablement programs to maximize adoption of marketing tools across teams.
- Evaluate new tools and trends in the MarTech landscape to ensure our stack remains competitive and forward-looking.
- Support cross-functional teams including digital experience, web, marketing ops, and sales enablement in leveraging technology.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience managing MarTech platforms, including selection, integration, and lifecycle support
- Strong experience in digital marketing tools, automation systems, analytics, chat bots, and ABM platforms
- Familiarity with platforms such as: 6sense, Qualified, CMS tools, DAM, analytics dashboards, and project management software (e.g. Smartsheet)
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field
Preferred:
- Background in marketing operations or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of SCRUM/Agile methodologies
- Experience developing or supporting governance structures for MarTech stacks
