Revmind Labs AI is looking to fill the role of an Engineering Manager - AI & Analytics Products.

The Engineering Manager will lead a team of engineers and be responsible for ensuring delivery of robust cloud-based products, scalable applications, and enterprise-grade AI / Advanced Analytics solutions. This role involves leading engineering execution, solution architecture, team delivery, cloud-based product

development, and innovation to support Revmind's advanced analytics and AI needs.

Primary Job Function

The Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading engineering teams to develop, run, and continuously refine modern, easy-to-use, lean, cost-effective, and scalable cloud-based products.

The role will work closely with data scientists, cloud engineers, AI engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate business priorities into secure, compliant, scalable, and production-grade technology solutions.

Core Job Responsibilities

• Lead the development, delivery, and continuous refinement of modern, lean, cost-effective cloud-based products for Revmind.
• Manage and guide a team of engineers working across frontend, backend, cloud, DevOps, data, and AI product development.
• Work closely with data scientists, cloud engineers, AI engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver advanced analytics and AI products.
• Help market and communicate the value proposition of Revmind's AI / Advanced Analytics products to both business and technical users.
• Drive adoption and broaden usage of cloud-based products and platforms across customer and internal environments.
• Understand key business priorities related to smart automation, AI, and advanced analytics.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, architecture decisions, delivery plans, and scalable platform capabilities.
• Ensure solutions are implemented in an efficient, compliant, scalable, secure, and cost-effective manner.
• Define and implement engineering standards in collaboration with stakeholders such as Data Privacy, Cyber Security, Compliance, and Product.
• Lead architecture discussions for modern, scalable cloud applications and AI-enabled products.
• Oversee delivery quality, engineering productivity, technical design, release execution, and production reliability.
• Support cross-functional collaboration between business, product, data science, AI engineering, cloud, and software engineering teams.
• Help turn product ideas, prototypes, and client requirements into production-grade software systems.

Position Accountability / Scope

The Engineering Manager is accountable for delivering targeted business impact per initiative in collaboration with key stakeholders. This role involves significant responsibility for the development and management of Revmind's strategic AI / Advanced Analytics products and applications, enabling faster, better, and more informed decision-making within the business. The role also carries accountability for engineering quality, delivery discipline, team execution, scalable architecture, cloud platform reliability, and compliant product development.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.

Minimum Experience

• At least 7+ years of relevant working experience, ideally in enterprise, pharma, CPG, analytics, AI, or cloud product environments.
• Team management experience in the area of cloud applications, product engineering, or solutions architecture.
• Strong architectural skills to enable modern, lean, scalable cloud applications.
• Experience working with and leading internal or external engineering teams to implement solutions.
• Proven ability to work across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data, extracting information and identifying linkages across disparate data sets.
• Strong experience across multiple application architectures such as React Native, Flutter, Native iOS, or modern web/mobile architectures.
• Strong understanding of Information Security principles to ensure compliant handling and management of data.
• High proficiency in at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Python, Scala, or Java.
• Strong experience and interest in cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and its services and ecosystem.
• Strong experience in traditional data warehousing and ETL tools.
• Proficiency in architecting, building, and maintaining cost-efficient and scalable cloud environments.
• Ability to understand business needs and create cloud-based solutions to meet those objectives.
• Result-driven, analytical, and creative thinker.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and bring business, engineering, and data science closer together. Consultancy experience is a plus.

Additional Technical Skills

• Experience with frontend frameworks, preferably React JS and Flutter.
• Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFormation, Glue, Amplify, SageMaker, and related services.
• Knowledge of backend frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Node.js.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as Redshift, MySQL, or DynamoDB.
• Understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with version control systems such as CodeCommit or similar tools.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with serverless architecture and services such as AWS Lambda.
• Understanding of security best practices and implementation in cloud environments.

Compensation, Benefits, and Growth

Compensation will be up to 30 LPA.

Depending on role and seniority, equity may also be part of the package. ESOP options may be considered based on interview performance, role fit, ownership level, and overall seniority.
