Revizto is seeking an experienced Lifecycle & CRM Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, retention, and product expansion efforts across multiple regions. This role will require you to nurture prospects into customers and implement customer retention strategies, while also managing a small team of marketing professionals. You’ll be working cross-functionally with RevOps, Design, Content, Regional Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure campaign success and alignment with overall business goals. This position is fully remote and open to candidates based in the UK, France, Switzerland, Spain, or Germany (applications from other countries will not be considered).

Where You Will Make a Difference
Lead Nurturing & Prospect Conversion
- Prospect Nurturing Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-stage lead nurturing campaigns using HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pardot to convert prospects into qualified leads and eventually customers
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with Sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoffs, optimize messaging for lead conversion, and track success metrics
- Segmented Email Campaigns: Create targeted, region-specific email campaigns that cater to the needs of prospects at different stages of the buyer journey
Customer Retention & Expansion
- Customer Retention Strategies: Partner with Customer Success teams to design and implement campaigns that increase customer loyalty and lifetime value
- Product Adoption: Lead efforts to drive feature adoption and customer engagement with the platform, ensuring customers are utilizing Revizto to its full potential
- Upsell & Cross-sell Programs: Develop campaigns that identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, working with the Customer Success and Sales teams to promote additional product offerings
- Post-Sale Engagement: Manage campaigns designed to nurture customers beyond the initial sale, encouraging continued product usage, renewals, and upgrades.
Global Lifecycle Marketing Execution
- Global Marketing Strategy: Develop and manage lifecycle marketing strategies for different regions, ensuring the correct messaging and tactics are used across global markets
- Multi-Channel Campaigns: Oversee the development of multi-lingual and localized campaigns that cater to various regions, adapting content and strategies to cultural nuances
- Cross-Regional Collaboration: Work closely with Regional Marketing teams to tailor campaigns to local markets while ensuring global alignment with Revizto’s branding and messaging
CRM & Data Management
- Regionalized CRM Database Management: Oversee the maintenance and segmentation of Revizto’s CRM database, ensuring that customer and prospect data is clean, compliant, and segmented to maximize marketing effectiveness
- Collaboration with RevOps: Partner with RevOps to ensure data hygiene, reporting accuracy, and proper integration between CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- Customer Data Utilization: Leverage CRM data to segment audiences, personalize campaigns, and optimize lead nurturing and customer retention efforts
Marketing Automation & Reporting
- Automation Workflows: Set up, manage, and optimize marketing automation workflows to streamline lead nurturing and customer engagement
- Campaign Performance Tracking: Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns using HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pardot. Use data to measure conversion rates, engagement, and overall campaign impact
- Continuous Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on email campaigns, workflows, and landing pages to improve performance and ensure that marketing initiatives are consistently driving results
Customer Journey Mapping & Strategy
- Customer Journey Mapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive map of the customer lifecycle, identifying key touchpoints for engagement and optimization
- Lifecycle Strategy Optimization: Continuously improve the customer lifecycle experience by mapping out and refining touchpoints, messaging, and engagement strategies
Team Management
- Lead & Manage a Small Team: Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a small team of marketing professionals. Help define team roles, set clear objectives, and ensure that the team works effectively to meet goals
- Foster Collaboration & Efficiency: Promote a collaborative environment within the team and with other departments, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across projects
Who You Are
- At least 5 years of experience in in B2B lifecycle marketing, with a focus on both prospect nurturing and customer retention/expansion
- Proven experience in managing and leading a small team, providing mentorship and guidance
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pardot, including CRM management, marketing automation workflows, segmentation, and reporting
- Strong experience with multi-lingual campaigns and localization for global audiences
- Ability to design and implement customer retention and product expansion strategies that align with business goals
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across Sales, Customer Success, Design, Content, Regional Marketing, and RevOps teams
- Strong data-driven approach, with a focus on campaign performance optimization and reporting
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to balance multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with the AEC industry and its buyer personas; Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email customization
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing strategies is a big plus
