Job Title: Graphic Designer (Remote - Part Time/Fractional)

Location: Philippines - Remote

Our SaaS platform helps home service companies get more 5-star reviews on Google, Facebook, and other major review sites, while giving owners valuable insight into team performance.

We are seeking a highly experienced, fast, and senior-level Graphic Designer who brings fully baked concepts, works with minimal direction, and consistently delivers high-quality visual output. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with SaaS companies, and uses AI tools to accelerate and enhance design workflows.

This is a fractional, as-needed role best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly proactive, and produces polished deliverables—without needing hand-holding.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Output

• Create high-quality PDFs, PowerPoints, slide decks, product graphics, and visual assets that elevate the ReviewBuzz brand.
• Transform raw content or loose direction into fully realized, polished designs with minimal supervision.

Design & Production

• Design infographics, data visualizations, reports, marketing assets, and product-related visuals.
• Convert narrative briefs or outline documents into professional-level wireframes, sketches, and final designs.
• Handle layout-heavy projects (reports, product sheets, marketing PDFs) with strong attention to structure, readability, and branding.

AI-Enhanced Workflows

• Use AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT for visual ideation, automation scripts, plugins, etc.) to speed up production without sacrificing quality.
• Continuously find new tools and workflow enhancements to work smarter and faster.

Quality & Execution

• Ensure brand consistency across all assets while also pushing creativity and visual innovation.
• Work quickly and efficiently, hitting deadlines with clean, final deliverables that require little to no revisions.
• Maintain organized project files and structured design systems.

Collaboration

• Understand requirements quickly and proactively propose visual solutions.
• Bring fully formed ideas rather than needing step-by-step direction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders but operate independently on day-to-day tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of professional experience in graphic design (required).
• Strong background designing for SaaS companies or tech-driven environments (highly preferred).
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and strong skills in Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to own projects end-to-end with minimal guidance.
• Strong portfolio showing high-quality PDFs, slide decks, infographics, product visuals, and data storytelling.
• Proven ability to work fast, manage multiple priorities, and deliver consistent excellence.
• Experience using AI tools to ideate, enhance, or automate design workflows.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate vague ideas into refined visual output.
• Highly reliable, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely and independently.

Experience & Bonus Skills

• Experience producing polished design outputs for SaaS or B2B audiences.
• Motion graphics exposure (After Effects, Premiere) is a plus but not required.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or WordPress is a plus.
• Strong eye for typography, layout hierarchy, and data presentation.

Expectations & Compliance

• This is a fractional, night-shift role.
• BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policy applies.
• Time tracker usage is mandatory.
