Revenue Optics is scaling fast, and our analytics engine is central to that growth. The Data Scientist – Growth Intelligence & AI Innovation will play a pivotal role in turning complex distributor, CRM, and ERP datasets into the intelligence that drives sales coverage, pricing, and growth decisions for some of the largest players in industrial B2B.

This is not a maintenance role β€” it’s a build-and-lead opportunity for someone ready to own high-visibility analytics work that directly impacts how our clients grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex CRM, ERP, and transactional datasets to identify whitespace, reactivation, and growth opportunities.
  • Build predictive models for account prioritization, churn risk, and revenue forecasting using Python, SQL, and ML frameworks.
  • Develop scalable workflows, pipelines, and repeatable analytics frameworks.
  • Design executive-ready dashboards and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) that translate analytics into business strategy.
  • Partner with consulting and client-delivery teams to connect data insights to execution.
  • Drive AI-enabled initiatives β€” including lead scoring, account matching, and growth simulations.
  • Maintain strong data governance, quality, and repeatability across projects.

What You Bring

  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Deep proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and SQL for advanced data manipulation.
  • Proven ability to handle large multi-million-row datasets efficiently.
  • Solid grasp of statistics, regression, clustering, and predictive modeling.
  • Familiarity with B2B, distribution, manufacturing, or pricing data is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills β€” capable of translating analytics into actionable insights.
  • A mindset built for speed, precision, and ownership β€” thriving in a high-trust, zero-bureaucracy environment.
