Its all-in-one AI agent and screening platform helps reduce false-positive alerts by up to 94% compared to legacy providers, addressing a multi-billion dollar problem with real-world impact.

Role Overview

This Senior Software Engineer will help build software solutions spanning data pipelines, backend APIs, online platforms, smart decisioning engines, and agentic workflows. The role is well suited for an engineer who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys working across the full stack, and wants to contribute to a healthy, respectful, and intellectually rigorous engineering culture.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain new and existing products across APIs, front ends, data pipelines, and agentic workflows.
• Develop and support third-party integrations for financial services compliance use cases.
• Participate in Agile development processes and the full software development lifecycle from planning through deployment.
• Write efficient, scalable code with attention to user experience, business priorities, and a sustainable technical foundation.
• Draft and review documentation and other technical materials.
• Provide technical support to sales, customer success, and client stakeholders.
• Work remotely with a distributed team.

Who You Are

• Bring a strong technical background gained through education and/or hands-on software engineering experience.
• Have experience building web applications, APIs, and backend systems.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Have experience working with popular databases, with PostgreSQL experience preferred.
• Have knowledge and experience programming with Go and Python.
• Have knowledge and experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and popular front-end frameworks such as React.
• Ideally have five years of software engineering experience.
• Have experience with Elasticsearch, virtualization, containerization, distributed systems, and/or AI developer tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the country of the role without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Compensation

• Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year
