Retreatment Botanics is seeking a part-time Graphic Designer to join our team. This role offers flexibility — whether you prefer to work remotely, hybrid, or in-office — based on what suits your working style and our team’s needs.

🎨 About the Role

Reporting to our Marketing & Ecommerce Manager, and working closely with our Founder and in-house team, you’ll help bring our brand to life across digital and print platforms.

From email marketing to packaging and social media, your creativity and design skills will play a vital role in connecting with our audience and sharing our story.

You’ll also have access to ongoing creative education and strategic eCommerce support, including participation in industry-leading coaching sessions covering current design trends, high-performing ad creatives, and fresh content ideas — helping you stay inspired and produce compelling, high-impact assets that convert.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging, on-brand assets across digital and print media
• Create EDMs, website graphics, Meta ads (video & static), social posts, packaging, gifs, spa protocol updates and more — with a strong digital focus
• Plan and coordinate product photoshoots with external photographers
• Maintain visual brand consistency across all communications
• Stay ahead of beauty design trends, digital innovation and best practices
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

You’re ready to hit the ground running within a full marketing program and understand the importance of flexibility — knowing when to reprioritise to meet deadlines. A natural problem-solver, you’re resourceful, solutions-focused, and excited to lead the brand creatively with fresh ideas and initiative.

✅ Skills & Experience

• A degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 3+ years’ experience in graphic design, with strong digital expertise
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut & Google Workspace
• A portfolio showcasing branding, digital and print design work
• Experience in photography, video editing and/or motion graphics is highly regarded
• Willingness to explore AI tools to streamline design workflows
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a small, purpose-driven team
• A passion for skincare and wellness is highly regarded
