What you will do
- Lead and manage a senior marketing team of five across brand & design, content & PR, product marketing, events, and lead acquisition
- Ensure continuity and progress of the 2025 Q3 and Q4 marketing strategies during the CMO’s maternity leave
- Deliver impact from day 1 by understanding the current strategy, ensuring key initiatives are executed flawlessly during the interim period
- Oversee cross-functional collaboration and keep all marketing campaigns on track, on budget, and aligned with company objectives
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and marketing initiatives
- Prioritise ROI-driven campaigns and track performance with a focus on measurable impact
- Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders on campaign performance and marketing KPIs
- Support a smooth transition process with 1 month of onboarding before the current CMO leaves and 1 month of handover afterward

Who you are
- You are an experienced Interim senior marketing leader, ideally within SaaS or digital product environments
- Strong leader with a proven track record managing cross-functional marketing teams
- Skilled in brand management, strategic marketing, and aligning marketing initiatives with business goals
- Data-driven, highly organised, and able to focus on high impact, ROI led marketing
- Experienced in managing large marketing budgets and prioritising resources effectively
- Clear communicator, empathetic leader, and someone who connects with our mission
- Comfortable stepping into a transitional leadership role with confidence, clarity, and calm
- Prior experience in sustainability, fashion, or supply chain industries is a big plus
- Able to commit to a fixed-term contract: Mid-June to end of November, including 1 month of onboarding and handover
- Based in Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, or Denmark, and open to occasional travel needed
