We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled Senior Graphic Designer with a strong focus on Amazon optimization to join our team and elevate the visual identity of our brand.

Your Impact:

You'll be a key player in enhancing our brand's visual identity and ensuring consistent, high-quality design across all platforms, with a significant emphasis on optimizing our presence and performance on Amazon. Your role will directly support the co-founder (Yi-Jen) and contribute to driving brand growth and customer engagement, particularly through effective Amazon strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Guide Development: Refining and maintaining our brand guide to ensure consistency in visual elements.
• Infographics and Landing Pages: Creating and optimizing visually compelling infographics and landing pages for various platforms, including Amazon.
• Website Element Design: Designing and optimizing website banners and page elements.
• Digital Advertising: Creating and optimizing product ads for various platforms, with a focus on Amazon Advertising.
• Amazon Product Listing Optimization: Creating, optimizing, and enhancing Amazon product listings to improve visibility, conversion rates, and sales.
• Packaging Design: Designing packaging for new products.
• Video Editing: Editing videos.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience: 5+ years of graphic design experience, with a demonstrated track record of success in designing and optimizing visual content for Amazon.
• Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign (or other layout & print design tools), Figma (or other UI/UX design tools), Adobe After Effects (or other motion graphics & video editing tools), AI-powered design tools (such as Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, etc.).
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Personal Qualities: Great communication skills, detail-oriented.
• Ability to: Work remotely and overlap for a minimum of 4 hours (5-6 hours or more is ideal) with the CET timezone. The direct manager is located in Asia.
