Our platform supports various ad formats, including Sponsored Products, Display Banners, Video Ads, and even Coupons/Discounts, across e-commerce, mobile, and in-store touchpoints. On top, we provide a white label self-service user interface that enables a retailer to become a full advertising platform in no time.

Our team brings together AdTech, Retail, and Media experts to help retailers of all sizes unlock new revenue streams (from small eCommerce pure players to large multi-channel retail groups with thousands of stores).

What You’ll Do

• Own & develop backend services that are core to our platform.
• Design, build, and optimize services in Go (OpenAPI, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ensure reliability & scalability of high-performance 24/7 availability systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams (engineers & product) to ship impactful features.
• Make pragmatic decisions on tools, tech, and trade-offs to keep things lean & cost-effective.
• Optimize data-heavy applications using Kafka, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, and Redis.

What You Bring

• 3+ years proven experience building high-scale, production-grade software, ideally in AdTech or Retail Media.
• Hands-on expertise with Go, Python, Kafka, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Redis, Kubernetes, and OpenAPI.
• Experience with distributed systems, concurrent programming, and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and DevOps best practices.
• Understanding of API design, security, and system integrations.
• Bias for action: you focus on solutions, not endless discussions.
• Ability to work independently: you don’t wait for instructions; you take ownership.
• Excellent communication skills: explain complex ideas in simple, clear English.

Bonus Points for Experience With:

• React, Auth0, Sentry, Terraform, Temporal, Prometheus, Grafana.
• NoSQL and columnar storage.
• AdTech or Retail Media solutions.
• Retail or eCommerce use cases.
