We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with 8+ years of experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in Pacific Daylight Time (PDT), has a proven track record in ecommerce, and is eager to experiment with new ideas to drive continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage innovative digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and push boundaries to drive revenue, engagement, and brand awareness.
Shopify Management: Oversee and optimize our Shopify store, including product listings, landing pages, and onsite conversion funnels, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Creative Experimentation: Continuously explore fresh, out-of-the-box ideas and marketing tactics to keep our brand at the cutting edge. Pivot quickly based on performance insights.
Email Marketing: Plan and execute targeted email campaigns (e.g., promotions, automations) to nurture leads, retain customers, and boost sales.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze user behavior, run A/B tests, and implement changes to improve conversion rates and overall marketing performance.
AI Integration: Identify and implement AI-driven tools or automation solutions (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics) to optimize and scale marketing efforts.
Performance Analysis: Track KPIs, generate performance reports, and leverage data insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
Collaborative Communication: Work cross-functionally with product, design, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Market & Competitor Research: Stay current with emerging digital trends, industry best practices, and competitor strategies, proactively suggesting innovative solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 8+ years of proven success in D2C digital marketing, including demonstrated expertise with Shopify.
Language & Communication: Fluent English (spoken and written), able to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Merchant Center), and marketing automation.
Creative Mindset: Passion for developing new ideas, testing unconventional strategies, and pushing the boundaries of ecommerce marketing.
CRO & UX: Strong understanding of conversion optimization principles and user experience best practices.
AI Enthusiasm: Willing to embrace AI-powered tools to stay ahead of the curve and enhance marketing performance.
Fast Learner & Detail-Oriented: Quick to adapt, meticulous in planning, execution, and follow-through of projects.
Time Zone Availability: Able to work, collaborate, and meet deadlines in PDT.
