UX Designer – AI-Powered Collaboration (Remote)

We’re looking for a UX Designer to join our team and lead the design of intelligent, collaborative experiences that integrate AI into the tools millions rely on every day. In this role, you’ll craft elegant, intuitive user experiences that connect cutting-edge AI capabilities—like Copilot and large language models (LLMs)—with real-world team and content workflows.

This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who thrives in technical domains, has a strong foundation in enterprise UX and design systems, and is passionate about human-centered design.

What You’ll Do

• Design modern, scalable UX for AI-powered features in Microsoft SharePoint and Teams
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists to define intelligent user flows
• Lead interaction design, prototyping, and Figma handoff assets
• Solve complex design challenges around collaboration, content, and productivity
• Contribute to and maintain design system standards using Fluent UI
• Support usability testing and incorporate findings into design iterations
• Present design work to stakeholders across design and product teams

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience
• Proven experience designing enterprise-grade or productivity tools
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML-enhanced experiences or intelligent design paradigms
• Deep Figma proficiency and comfort working with component libraries
• Experience designing for cross-platform environments (desktop, web, mobile)
• Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Office) is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote team
