Performance Marketing & Analytics Manager

About the Role
Resound is growing fast — and so is our need for smart, data-driven marketing. We’re looking for a Performance Marketing & Analytics Manager to take the lead on marketing analytics, performance reporting, and campaign optimization across the entire customer journey.
You’ll be the go-to for acquisition and retention KPIs, working closely with paid media partners, internal teams, and leadership to connect the dots between what we launch and what actually drives results. This is a key hire that will shape how Resound makes marketing decisions at scale — with clear growth potential as the team expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Own weekly and monthly marketing dashboards across digital channels (search, social, display, OTT, direct mail, email, etc.)
- Track and optimize customer acquisition KPIs (CPL, CAC, conversion rates, attribution paths)
- Measure retention and engagement metrics (churn, LTV, referral share, NPS)
- Build and manage reports using tools like GA4, Meta, Google Ads, Monday.com and Partner Dashboards
- Identify gaps in tracking and attribution and work with vendors and Internal teams to close them
- Lead A/B testing execution and share learnings across teams
- Translate data into clear recommendations for channel owners
- Support campaign planning with forecasting and performance insights
- Help shape a scalable analytics foundation for Resound’s future growth
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Ops, Field Marketing, and External Affairs to ensure data alignment across the org
What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days
- Establish clean reporting pipelines for paid media and lifecycle KPIs
- Deliver baseline performance summary and opportunity areas by channel
- Propose and implement fixes for key attribution or data gaps
- Become a go-to partner for actionable insights across the marketing team
You Might Be a Fit If You...
- Are fluent in performance marketing metrics and attribution models
- Have experience managing digital analytics in telecom, subscription services, or high-volume lead gen businesses
- Are confident working across tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Excel/Sheets
- Know how to build dashboards and reports that tell a story — not just list numbers
- Are collaborative, curious, and energized by solving problems
- Have executive presence to collaborate with boundary partners (Sales, DevOps, Ops, etc.)
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience in rural broadband, telecom, or subscription internet services
- Familiarity with direct mail tracking and call attribution platforms (CTM, CallRail, etc.)
- SQL or data visualization skills (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
