We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Marketing to lead the firm’s marketing function, driving brand growth, client acquisition, and revenue-generating initiatives. We cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and performance-driven environment. This position will partner closely with firm leadership, attorneys, and sales team to build a sophisticated, data-driven marketing engine.
Position Overview
The Senior Marketing Manager will successfully manage and execute the Resnick & Louis’s full marketing ecosystem, including digital marketing, content strategy, lead generation, CRM/funnel management, customer segment strategy and brand positioning. This individual will be responsible for building and optimizing a scalable marketing funnel that drives measurable growth, enhances client engagement, and strengthens the firm’s national presence.
This role requires strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with a strong emphasis on analytics, ROI tracking, and aligning marketing initiatives with clear sales objectives. Role will report to VP of Sales & Marketing. This person must be a self-starter and have a commercial mindset with a strong understanding of financial metrics. The candidate must have strong experience across the full marketing stack AND experience in marketing legal services to the insurance defense industry.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Customer Engagement
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with firm growth goals.
- Collaborate with sales to drive full-funnel marketing engine from awareness through conversion, using CRM systems (Salesforce) and lead tracking.
- Drive inbound and outbound marketing initiatives with clear performance metrics.
- Own customer segmentation strategy and implementation
Digital Marketing, Content Marketing & Lead Generation
- Oversee website strategy, UX, and conversion optimization
- Drive successful media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn) and digital presence.
