Senior Digital Marketing Specialist for Multifamily Agency

Resident360, a full-service marketing agency for the multifamily industry has an immediate opening for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist. This can be a remote job for the right person.

NOTE: You "MUST HAVE" experience in multifamily, either working for a company or at an agency.

As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for end-to-end management of digital marketing accounts (Mainly Google Ads & Meta Ades) for Resident360 clients, keeping a keen eye on the latest industry trends and tactics. You can expect to manage around 15-20 client accounts, consisting of around 60+ services mostly made up of Google Ad accounts, and the rest being a combination of Meta Ads, Geofencing, SEO, and similar. Note most of these additional services are paired with Google Ads on an account. This will involve conducting monthly strategy calls and optimizing accounts to achieve outstanding results.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage client accounts with scheduled strategy calls and follow-ups. Acting as a marketing consultant to assist client with marketing needs. You will be talking with clients daily.
• Build digital ad accounts as needed. Mostly Google Ad, Facebook and Geo Targeting.
• Optimize ad accounts based on best practices and as needed.
• Analyzing data, building reports, and proactively coming up with recommendations that enhance campaign performance.
• Keep up to date with best practices, and trends on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other applicable platforms.
• Be prepared to work on anything & and everything digital marketing-related as needed.

Who You Are:

• 3+ Years Experience in running Paid Ad Campaigns
• 3+ Years Experience running SEO Campaigns
• Experience in digital marketing for multifamily properties or real estate
• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
• Google Ads Search & Display certifications
• Experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Adept at working in cross-functional teams
• Experience with Hubspot is a plus
