Overview:
We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive Rescale’s global digital strategy and execution. This role will lead website strategy (content management, optimization, conversions), paid and organic search (SEO & PPC), paid social media, and retargeting campaigns. The ideal candidate will develop integrated digital campaigns to increase website traffic, drive lead generation, and boost engagement and pipeline growth.
You’ll be a strategic, data-driven marketer with experience managing paid media campaigns, overseeing agencies, and optimizing performance. This role is perfect for someone with expertise in paid media, SEO, and PPC strategies for enterprise audiences in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
As a key player in the enterprise B2B GTM strategy, you’ll collaborate with product marketing, field marketing, and sales to align strategies, improve performance, and maximize ROI through SEO and digital advertising.

We’re Looking For:
5+ years in digital marketing for B2B Enterprise SaaS products.
Expertise in SEO, SEM, and paid LinkedIn advertising
Proven track record in driving business outcomes via digital campaigns and account-based marketing
Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, SEMRush (or similar), and Salesforce
Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, growth-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to optimizing campaigns.
Bonus Points:
Experience with Looker Studio, Hockeystack, Marketo, Jira, and CRO tools
Experience targeting enterprise IT, Engineering, or R&D audiences

_Compensation Range: $100K - $130K
