Planning Engineer

About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess contractors’ baseline schedules, updates, and recovery programs.
• Monitor project progress against approved milestones and contractual requirements.
• Prepare monthly progress reports for the authorities and master developers
• Prepare and conduct presentations for the management
• Review of the reports from the contractors
• Support delay analysis and Extension of Time (EOT) assessments.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architectural Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 5+ years in construction, preferred with developer or consultant in UAE
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, project controls, and construction methodologies.
• Experience in high-rise residential, and large-scale developments.
• Strong reporting, analytical, and communication skills.
