Help drive climate adaptation and shape a more resilient future. We’re hiring a Senior AI GTM Growth Engineer to build and scale our go-to-market engine using AI tools, automation, and data-driven experiments. You’ll operate at the intersection of marketing, sales, and growth—designing funnel experiments, driving pipeline, and building scalable outreach systems.

🚫 Note: This is not an entry-level or working student role. We're looking for experienced professionals (3+ years) in growth, GTM, or B2B commercial strategy.

Why This Role Matters:

We’ve validated early market traction and are ready to scale. With sales leadership in place (CEO-led), a full-cycle Account Executive (AE), and part-time Content Marketer, we’re now looking for a commercial builder to generate pipeline and accelerate revenue.

You’ll design and run GTM experiments, qualify leads, and create the systems that turn outreach into outcomes—with AI as your co-pilot.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Lifecycle Management: Oversee and optimize every stage of the customer journey, from awareness to retention.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights and inform strategy.
• Automation Design: Build and maintain workflows that streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and achieve unified goals.
• Revenue Accountability: Directly influence key metrics such as pipeline growth and customer lifetime value.

What Success Looks Like in 6 Months:

• You’ve launched and iterated on 5+ growth experiments with measurable impact
• A steady flow of qualified deals is entering the pipeline weekly
• You’ve automated and documented repeatable outreach workflows
• You’ve shaped messaging and positioning based on market feedback

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT, Apollo, and Clay (or similar ones).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
• A growth-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
