We’re Repair Lift Marketing, and we’re searching for the best to lead our visual brand.

This is not a role for average designers. We want someone who can blend AI innovation with killer design skills to create visuals that stop people in their tracks.

💼 Position Details

• Role: Lead Graphic Designer
• Location: 100% Remote
• Schedule: Full-time, 9–5 (EST)

Compensation:

• 4,000,000 COP/month to start
• 5,000,000 COP/month after 4 months upon strong performance
• Hiring Timeline: We are looking to hire within the next 7 days.

🎨 What You’ll Be Creating

As our Lead Graphic Designer, you’ll own the design vision for the company. You will be responsible for:

1. Static Graphics – ads, social media, branding assets
2. Video Ads – short-form content with motion graphics, effects, and sound
3. Landing Pages & UI Designs – designing high-converting pages and clean user interfaces

🛠️ Tools You’ll Use

We expect you to be highly skilled in:

• Adobe Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere)
• Figma (for UI and landing pages)
• CapCut & Canva (for quick edits and creative workflows)
• AI Tools: Eleven Labs, Whisk, ChatGPT, and other emerging tools to push creativity further

Your task:

1. Create a 20 second AI-powered story video with awesome effects, transitions, Voiceover and sound design.
2. Theme: "A broken smartphone journeys through a cyberpunk city to be reborn as something new."
3. Design a basic landing page mockup (Figma or PSD) for a fictional product called Cyber Repair— it should be clean, modern, and conversion-focused. It should be for an electronic repair shop that exists in CyberTron with address 1800 Megatron Lane, Cybertorn
4. Requirements:

• Use at least one AI tool (Runway, Pika Labs, MidJourney, Kaiber, etc.).
• Include original motion graphics or compositing (After Effects, Blender, etc.).
• Video must be 1080x1920 (vertical).
• Include a short Loom or written breakdown of your creative process.
