Job Summary
Rentyme is looking for a creative and results-oriented Marketing Representative who goes beyond “just posting.” We want a storyteller — someone who can bring our brand to life through real people, real voices, and authentic content in building a memorable brand. This isn’t a Canva-and-go role we are after someone who can spark attention, build community trust, and generate leads through powerful storytelling and smart marketing execution, both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Content & Brand Building
· Conceptualize and produce visually compelling Reels, interviews, mini-documentaries, and social videos
· Write engaging blog posts, thought pieces, and viral articles that reflect property, lifestyle trends in Kenya and more
· Use real customer stories, behind-the-scenes footage, and relatable scenarios to humanize the Rentyme brand
Trend Research & Reactive Content
· Stay on top of current events, TikTok/Instagram trends, viral real estate conversations, and local news
· Quickly create timely Reels, posts, or blog articles based on trending topics to boost visibility
· Participate in content formats that are native to each platform (Reels, Stories, Polls, Twitter Threads, etc.)
Digital Marketing
· Plan and run ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
· Manage the Rentyme content calendar and ensure consistency across platforms
· Track and optimize content performance via analytics tools such as Zoho social
· Host or support monthly webinars and livestreams to educate and engage landlords and property seekers
· Create and manage regular email campaigns including newsletters, product updates, and event invites
Traditional Marketing
· Organize grassroots marketing efforts: flyer drops, community activations, expos, and events
· Build partnerships with landlords, agents, and real estate businesses
· Measure and report offline campaign ROI
Reporting & Collaboration
· Submit weekly reports on leads, campaign performance, and reach
· Work closely with the sales team to align messaging and assess funnel quality
· Propose and test new ideas for growing Rentyme’s visibility and leads
Requirements
· Minimum 3 years of experience in both traditional and digital marketing
· Proven experience with trend-based content creation (show examples if possible)
· Skilled in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot)
· Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
· Confident working independently and delivering results under deadlines
· 3 up-to date professional references included in your resume
