ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Define and drive the global product marketing strategy across segments and regions
- Own product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation
- Partner with Product, Technology, Member Success, and Sales to develop and align go-to-market efforts
- Create marketing content to support member engagement and sales enablement, including email campaigns, product newsletters, sales collateral, thought leadership, case studies, video demos, and training materials.
- Influence roadmap decisions through market insights and member feedback
- Deliver high-stakes product demos to strategic prospects, partners, and analysts
- Develop demo narratives and frameworks that scale across teams and geographies
- Customize presentations for executive audiences and use cases
- Represent the firm and our products at flagship events and webinars
- Analyze marketing performance and conversion metrics to optimize impact
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in years of experience and training
- Minimum of 5+ years in product marketing or client-facing roles with experience in property and casualty insurance industry and/or deep familiarity with insurance agency growth
- Confident public speaker with experience in live demos or webinars
- Ability to craft compelling narratives and demo experiences
- Comfortable with SaaS platforms and virtual presentation software
- Strong understanding of customer pain points and how to address them
- Possesses excellent organizational skills to simultaneously manage several projects, provide successful outcomes, and accurately document all activity in a timely manner
