About the Role:

We are looking to hire a motivated, experienced Senior Marketing Manager (Marketing agency experience) to lead our fulfillment operations and drive measurable marketing results for our clients. The Marketing Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, manage a small team (Marketing Assistant, Web Developer, and Designer), and ensure that all client deliverables meet our high standards for quality, timeliness, and ROI.

This is a Full-time, remote role with opportunities to grow into a Head of Marketing position..

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager (Marketing agency experience) specifically with these requirements:

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong expertise in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and website project management (Wordpress).
• Experience with Local SEO optimization and best practices.
• Ability to track and measure Google Ads performance and ROI.
• Hands-on experience managing analytics, tracking, and website optimization for multiple clients.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Confident in managing and mentoring a small cross-functional team.
• Self-directed with a high level of accountability.
• Comfortable working during U.S. business hours (9–5 MST or equivalent overlap).
• Data-driven decision-maker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about helping small businesses grow through effective marketing.

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

• Oversee fulfillment of all marketing activities, including SEO, PPC, analytics, and CRO.
• Manage the workflow of client projects through ClickUp to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Supervise and mentor the Marketing Assistant and Web Developer.
• Implement and maintain tracking and reporting systems (GTM, GA4, Looker Studio).
• Analyze campaign data and optimize for higher ROI and client satisfaction.
• Oversee website and landing page performance, including SEO health and conversion optimization.
• Manage call tracking setup and reporting.
• Collaborate with the operations team to refine internal SOPs for efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure clear communication across all departments and with clients when necessary.
• Maintain a deep focus on client retention through exceptional marketing results
