About the Role:
We are looking to hire a motivated, experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS start-up) to own end-to-end growth across self-serve and enterprise funnels. This role is responsible for driving activation, conversion, and revenue through high-velocity experiments, funnel optimization, and retention strategies. You will work closely with the CEO, product, engineering, and fractional contractors to identify opportunities, execute tests, and scale proven strategies.
This is a Part-Time remote role with the potential to grow into a full-time position within 1-3 months.
We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS start-up), specifically with these requirements:
- 5-10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with strong exposure to product-led growth (PLG) and hybrid PLG + sales-assisted funnels.
- Proven track record owning end-to-end growth funnels from first visit → signup → activation → paid, including self-serve and enterprise paths.
- Highly metrics-driven and comfortable analyzing KPIs such as CAC, conversion rates, activation rate, time-to-value, and demo conversion.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot MAP, GA4, Amplitude, or Mixpanel for funnel, cohort, and retention analysis.
- Experience running high-velocity growth experiments, A/B tests, and lifecycle programs.
- Experience with marketing attribution, UTMs, and campaign tracking.
- Familiarity selling to or supporting mid-market and enterprise buyers ($50M–$100B+).
- Experience with paid media, SEO, partnerships, and in-product experimentation.
- Strong systems thinking - ability to connect product, marketing, pricing, and sales for growth impact.
- Direct, clear communicator who can collaborate with senior leadership and respond well to feedback.
- Technical fluency(SQL or coding experience) is a plus.
Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):
- Own end-to-end growth across self-serve and enterprise funnels, from first visit → signup → activation → paid conversion.
- Analyze user behavior, identify AHA moments, and optimize activation, time-to-value, and feature adoption.
- Design, execute, and iterate high-velocity growth experiments with clear success metrics across web, onboarding, pricing, upsell, and retention flows.
- Set growth priorities and coordinate work across product, engineering, design, and fractional contractors.
- Lead lifecycle and retention strategies once acquisition and activation are optimized.
- Report on growth performance, insights, and next bets with clear accountability to outcomes.
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and senior leadership, providing data-driven recommendations and executing with independence.
- Continuously refine growth processes, experiments, and measurement systems to improve funnel efficiency and revenue.
- Track key metrics including Web → Free trial → Paid Conversion, Activation Rate / Time-to-Value, and Qualified Demo Conversion Rate.
