About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead Becca Luna’s marketing efforts, drive revenue, and expand the brand's reach. This is a hands-on role for a doer who understands volume, voice, and visibility in the context of digital products, education, and content-based businesses.

You’ll lead the day-to-day content engine for Becca Luna’s personal brand and help the brand own presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Substack, and email - strategizing and executing content that aligns with the growth goals and brand storytelling.

This role is ideal for someone who comes from a personal brand, content marketing, or podcasting background and who thrives in high-volume environments where voice, speed, and execution matter more than polish or perfection.

This is a Part-Time remote role.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for Personal Brand specifically with these requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience working with 7-9 figure personal brands selling info/coaching or digital products.
  • 5+ years in content strategy, editorial, or brand marketing roles.
  • Strong copywriting background with a focus on evergreen content - newsletters, emails, and social media content.
  • Hands-on execution of omnichannel content strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, Substack, Email, etc.).
  • Experience managing and executing Instagram carousels and repurposing content for omnipresence.
  • Prior work with high-volume, high-output brands - ideally personal brands or small teams generating $10M+ in revenue.
  • Experience writing in or adapting to a founder’s personal voice.
  • Familiarity with Substack, Kartra, and basic automation tools like ManyChat.
  • Background in content for podcasts or creator brands is a plus.

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

  • Own & manage the content calendar across Substack, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Write & publish weekly content including: Substack posts, segmented email campaigns, Instagram carousels, social media captions and creative briefs.
  • Maintain brand voice consistency across all platforms, evolving it as needed.
  • Repurpose content across platforms for omnipresence and pitch and test creative content ideas weekly to increase engagement and visibility.
  • Optimize content performance using KPIs and feedback; adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Ensure content reflects current campaigns and offers, keeping bios, links, and pinned posts fresh.
  • Stay culturally relevant - bring trend awareness and fresh content opportunities to the table.
  • Execute end-to-end: from idea to copy to publication.
