About the Role:

We are hiring a Marketing Automation PM (Martech) who can confidently take ownership of project coordination, client interaction, and internal team support. You’ll work directly with account leads and clients to organize timelines and manage priorities. You will enable clients’ projects to be delivered on time and within budget through proper project onboarding, team member schedules, adherence to project timelines, and problem-solving, all while staying calm under pressure.

This is a Full-Time remote role with EST crossover.

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Project Manager specifically with these requirements:

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in a project coordination or project management role within a marketing agency, consulting firm, or professional services environment.
• Proven track record managing complex programs involving multiple clients, concurrent workstreams, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to provide constructive, detailed feedback that elevates team performance.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional client service with a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
• Data-driven decision maker, comfortable using metrics, dashboards, and time tracking tools to drive project outcomes.
• Highly organized with a proactive mindset, capable of balancing short-term deliverables with long-term planning and strategic foresight.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering polished, high-quality outcomes - whether it’s a product, website, or internal process.
• Deeply curious and inquisitive, consistently asking clarifying questions to eliminate assumptions and align expectations.
• Familiarity with marketing technology, including Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Event-Driven Analytics, and Marketing Automation tools.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Trello, Harvest, and Notion.

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

• Oversee scheduling for internal delivery teams and external contractors to ensure all project deliverables are completed on time across multiple clients.
• Support Manage and optimize resource allocation, tracking hours to ensure projects stay within scope and budget.
• Lead the onboarding process for new clients, and onboarding of new projects for existing clients, ensuring a seamless experience while continuously improving documentation and workflows.
• Collaborate with account leads to develop and maintain detailed client roadmaps, ensuring timely progress toward strategic goals.
• Support the breakdown of complex project objectives into manageable tasks, assigning responsibilities and setting clear deadlines to ensure profitability and timely delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date scheduling and resourcing plans for upcoming months to support sales forecasting and capacity planning.
• Conduct regular analysis comparing estimated vs. actual time spent on tasks and projects, using insights to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Support the internal analytics process by helping gather performance data, reviewing deliverables, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Monitor project health, profitability, and progress using tools like Trello and Harvest, ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders
