About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Creative Lead to oversee the development and performance of creative across both client and internal campaigns.

This role requires a strong combination of creative expertise, team management, and operational organization. The ideal candidate is someone who can personally develop ads that perform while also effectively managing a creative team through strong delegation, prioritization, feedback, and workload management.

This is a hands-on role that combines both creative production and team oversight. The right candidate will be comfortable creating high-performing ad creative while also helping guide the day-to-day workflow and output of the creative team.

As a fully remote company, we are looking for someone who is highly self-directed, communicates proactively, and has experience collaborating with and managing remote teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative strategy and execution for client advertising campaigns and internal marketing initiatives
• Develop and oversee high-performing static and video ad creative across paid social and digital platforms, with a strong understanding of what drives engagement, conversion, and performance
• Ensure creative output aligns with campaign goals, brand guidelines, and performance objectives
• Lead, mentor, and manage a remote team of creatives, including assigning work, balancing team bandwidth, reviewing deliverables, and supporting professional development
• Ensure projects are properly prioritized and delivered on schedule
• Collaborate closely with account management, media buying, and leadership teams to align creative strategy with broader business goals
• Communicate proactively and professionally with leadership regarding project status, resourcing needs, creative direction, risks, and opportunities
• Stay current on digital advertising trends, creative best practices, platform updates, and emerging trends within gaming and tabletop communities

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading creative teams within an agency, advertising, or performance marketing environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful ad creative and campaign execution, ideally within gaming, entertainment, or related industries
• Demonstrated ability to develop high-performing static and video advertisements for paid digital campaigns
• Experience developing creative designed to drive performance metrics such as CTR, ROAS, conversions, engagement, and customer acquisition
• Demonstrated ability to manage team workflows, delegate effectively, and balance multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with confidence interacting with leadership teams in a remote work environment
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and maintain strong communication within a remote team structure
• Proficiency in creative and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and related creative platforms
• Passion for tabletop games and a strong understanding of gaming culture is highly preferred
• Strong English speaking and writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a remote work environment
