About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled Brand Designer to join the team and drive execution across packaging, e-commerce content, and brand assets. This full-time, remote role is ideal for a designer with a background in consumer product branding who can turn briefs into compelling visuals and marketing copy. The Creative Strategist will collaborate closely with the Creative Director, helping to bring collections to life through design systems, on-site assets, and print packaging.

This role is a Full-Time remote position.

We are looking for a Brand Designer specifically with these requirements:

• Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
• Expertise in Figma
• 3+ years of experience in brand design, packaging, or ecommerce creative for consumer products
• Strong portfolio with clear examples of conversion-focused assets, packaging, and design systems
• Confident writing short marketing copy and product bullet points
• Understanding of marketplace and DTC best practices
• Collaborative, coachable, and detail-oriented under deadlines
• Nice-to-haves: Experience with A+ Content/Brand Stores on Amazon & Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Adobe Creative Cloud

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

• Translating creative direction into concepts, sketches, colorways, and presentation boards
• Designing packaging elements: dielines, insert cards, print-ready files, and coordinating with vendors
• Producing ecommerce visuals: hero images, lifestyle shots, comparison graphics, and A+ content
• Writing product titles, descriptions, and bullet points in the brand voice, with SEO consideration
• Creating brand-aligned banners and modules for emails, homepages, and social media
• Ensuring design system consistency across all channels and performing quality assurance
• Tracking tasks and timelines in Asana, escalating blockers as needed
• Supporting A/B testing efforts and summarizing learnings.
