The Web Marketing Manager role is responsible for owning the strategy, execution, and optimization of the website and social media presence to drive awareness, engagement, and top-of-funnel growth.
Responsibilities:
• Own all aspects of the organization’s website including structure, content, performance, and user experience
• Manage ongoing web updates, content changes, and design enhancements
• Lead website redesign and migration to a new platform, coordinating with stakeholders and vendors
• Ensure site reliability, performance, accessibility, and scalability
• Own SEO strategy and execution including technical SEO, on-page and content optimization, and performance monitoring
• Manage web analytics and measurement, tracking traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and funnel performance
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for web performance insights
• Continuously test, learn, and optimize site structure, content, and experiences
• Design and build web and landing pages using modern tools and frameworks
• Utilize Figma and Framer for design workflows, prototyping, and production-ready web experiences
• Collaborate with product marketing and digital marketing teams to translate messaging into effective web experiences
• Ensure visual consistency, brand alignment, and high-quality execution across the site
• Leverage AI tools to rapidly create, personalize, and optimize web pages and landing pages
• Use AI to accelerate experimentation, content variation, SEO optimization, and conversion improvements
• Manage social media presence across key platforms such as LinkedIn and X
• Oversee posting cadence, content execution, and performance tracking
• Partner with marketing and leadership teams to amplify campaigns, announcements, and thought leadership
Requirements:
• Proven experience owning and managing B2B websites end-to-end with accountability for performance and outcomes
• Strong hands-on experience with SEO, web analytics, and continuous optimization
• Proficiency in Figma and Framer or equivalent modern design and web tools
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI for rapid building, personalization, and optimization of web and landing pages
• Strong design sensibility combined with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities independently
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally without direct reports
Experience:
• 5 to 10 years of experience in web management, web design, digital marketing, or related roles
• Hands-on experience managing website redesigns or platform migrations
• Experience in B2B technology, AI, data, or SaaS environments preferred
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
