About the Opportunity:

The Technical Project Manager role focuses on managing the delivery of complex, cross-team, multi-project programs within the organization’s platform engineering. The position is pivotal in maintaining governance and control over project execution, enabling teams to deliver high-quality work efficiently while minimizing distractions and disruptions. This role directly supports engineering leaders, product managers, developers, and analytics teams by ensuring program management practices are effectively applied.

Responsibilities:

• Manage governance and control of complex, multi-project programs across teams.
• Facilitate delivery through sprints and Program Increments.
• Support teams in focusing on quality delivery while controlling noise in the ecosystem.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders, product managers, developers, and analytics teams.
• Implement and maintain Lean-Agile program management practices including SAFe.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of Lean-Agile program management practices, including SAFe.
• Experience managing key ownership of processes and practices in program delivery.
