About the Opportunity:
The organization is a digital media agency and consultancy supporting pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in developing omnichannel media strategies for healthcare professionals and consumer audiences. This opportunity is for a Technical Project Manager to support the Data Engineering function, serving as the link between internal teams and external data vendors to ensure accurate and timely campaign data delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Manage relationships with data vendors, including kickoff meetings, scheduling, documentation, and ongoing communication.
• Coordinate all aspects of vendor data delivery, tracking timelines, late or missing data, and format changes.
• Maintain organized records of vendor documentation, communications, and data assets.
• Partner with Client Service to align on expected data deliveries, flag mismatches, and communicate campaign-related updates.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence to track and communicate data restatements or changes.
• Lead internal and external status meetings to share updates, align priorities, and identify risks.
• Support creation and maintenance of internal documentation and processes for data delivery efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor and track all client data use and information agreements.
• Anticipate and resolve workflow or delivery issues across teams and vendors.
• Contribute to process improvements and help set standards for vendor management and communication.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, operations, or data coordination, ideally within pharma or healthcare media.
• Understanding of media data workflows, vendor management, and campaign reporting processes.
• Strong organization and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data topics.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors, timelines, and projects with attention to detail.
• Experience with Asana, Jira, or comparable project management tools.
• Comfort with technical discussions.
• Experience in cross-functional coordination between technical and client-facing teams.
• Experience with HCP or DTC data in a pharmaceutical marketing context (preferred).
• Familiarity with data structures, schemas, and delivery formats (preferred).
• Familiarity with data governance, including FIAs and DUAs (preferred).
• PMP or Agile certification (preferred).
