  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate AI tools and improve productivity and operational efficiency
  • Define goals, success metrics, timelines, and ownership for ambiguous AI initiatives
  • Support education, enablement, and documentation related to tools and best practices
  • Lead strategic Corporate Engineering efforts beyond AI, such as tooling improvements and workflow optimization
  • Collaborate with teams to identify needs, engage experts, and align solutions with business goals
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with program management rigor, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication
  • Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, tailoring messages for different audiences
  • Lead change management for new tools and initiatives including rollout planning, training, and adoption support

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in fast-paced, high-growth environments

  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring clarity to undefined problems
  • Experience collaborating with technical, security, legal, and business teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills adaptable to diverse audiences
  • Ability to balance innovation with operational rigor and risk management
  • Familiarity with enterprise tooling ecosystems such as Google Workspace, collaboration tools, and IAM
  • Openness to using AI to enhance work, demonstrating curiosity, learning agility, and responsible application of AI
