About the Opportunity:
The Technical Product Manager on the GenAI Studio’s Workforce Enablement team is responsible for developing technically feasible and responsible GenAI solutions to transform internal operations. This role manages a portfolio of GenAI products from discovery to implementation, focusing on scalable use-cases with measurable impact and supporting adoption across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Translate business problems into GenAI solutions with clear hypotheses and metrics.
• Manage launches from discovery to scale, ensuring privacy, security, and accessibility.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, coordinate vendors, and align cross-functional teams.
• Define and instrument hypotheses, metrics, and evaluation methods for pilots.
• Assess performance with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Participate in technical scoping for enterprise-wide releases.
• Align product releases with compliance standards and document decisions.
• Report progress and impact using metrics and dashboards.
• Communicate roadmap and outcomes to stakeholders; drive change management.
• Design and run experiments (A/B tests, pilots) to assess product direction.
• Document repeatable models for confident adoption by divisions.
Requirements:
• 5+ years leading digital product implementations in AI or automation-focused solutions.
• Experience driving strategy, roadmaps, and managing a prioritized backlog.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and negotiate technical/product tradeoffs.
• Technical fluency in APIs, data workflows, integrations, prompt design, and analytics.
• Experience running pilots, A/B tests, and data-driven evaluations.
• Experience shipping LLM/AI or automation features in production workflows.
• Ability to evaluate emerging GenAI technologies with defined metrics.
• Experience with user-centered practices, interviews, and usability tests.
• Commitment to embedding privacy, security, accessibility, and compliance.
• Operational excellence in establishing team mechanisms and documentation.
