2. About the Opportunity:
The Technical Product Manager will connect business needs with technical solutions, focusing on the development of technology products for clinical and operational healthcare functions. This role involves gathering and translating requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring data projects align with strategic goals. The position plays a key role in shaping product direction and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
3. Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Identify and address pain points of the operations team
• Collaborate with engineers and administrators to define feasible technical solutions
• Use data analysis to inform product decisions and resolve issues
• Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders for shared understanding
• Validate that documented requirements meet stakeholder expectations
• Perform validation testing to ensure features meet intended goals
• Manage time and priorities effectively across multiple tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned
4. Requirements:
• BS or BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Experience as a product manager, product owner, business analyst, or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• 3+ years of experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Experience with contact center solutions, service desk, or purchasing products preferred
