2. About the Opportunity:
The Staff Technical Program Manager will lead complex, cross-functional technical initiatives across direct-to-consumer platforms. This role is responsible for managing large-scale programs that span multiple engineering teams, translating strategic goals into actionable plans, and improving the delivery of high-impact digital experiences. By driving alignment among engineering, product, and business teams, the position plays a key role in executing the company’s digital strategy and enhancing fan engagement.
3. Responsibilities:
• Lead complex technical programs across direct-to-consumer engineering, product, and design teams
• Translate business and product strategies into scalable execution plans with clear milestones and outcomes
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and trade-offs to ensure timely, quality delivery
• Establish program governance, reporting, and best practice processes
• Partner with senior engineering and product leaders to drive alignment and decision-making
### 4. Requirements:
• 5 or more years in Technical Program Management or related technical delivery roles
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional software initiatives in eCommerce or direct-to-consumer environments
• Strong technical understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and cloud platforms
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Experience managing complex dependencies across engineering teams
• Comfortable operating in an AI-forward environment using AI tools and technologies in workflows and decisions
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Los Angeles Salary Range $162,720—$203,400 USD (base pay only)
• New York City Salary Range $162,720—$203,400 USD (base pay only)
• USA Remote Salary Range $155,520—$194,000 USD (base pay only)
• The salary ranges do not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation and vary by location, experience, qualifications, and training.
