About the Opportunity:
This organization is focused on building an innovative browser designed to empower users through AI-driven features that enhance the way people interact with the internet. The Product Engineer role involves leading the development of new browser primitives, shaping AI integrations, and collaborating across teams to deliver user-focused solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, architect, and execute LLM-powered features to redefine core browser functions.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Product, Data, and Leadership teams to brainstorm, prototype, and launch new features.
• Ensure technical decisions prioritize user impact and business value.
• Deliver high-quality, interaction-rich user experiences.
• Become familiar with Chromium, Swift, and the development environment across Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android.
• Integrate the browser with productivity apps such as GSuite, Jira, Notion, and more.
• Enhance traditional browser functions including tabs, extensions, and history for performance, reliability, and security.
• Reimagine core browser elements with AI-driven, assistant-aware behaviors.
Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience developing user-facing software products or having shipped AI features from concept to launch.
• Practical experience building with LLMs and a strong understanding of their capabilities.
• Proven ability to solve ambiguous problems and lead impactful technical initiatives.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with quick product validation cycles.
• Ability to work with at least 4+ hours overlap with North American Eastern Time Zone.

Compensation:
• Total compensation package includes base salary, equity, and benefits. The annual salary range for this role is $225,000-275,000 USD. The actual salary offered will vary based on experience level and interview performance.
