About the Opportunity:
The organization enables businesses to build trust by supporting continuous security monitoring and verification. This Staff Product Designer role focuses on shaping and executing the vision for the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) product area, helping customers manage third-party risk at scale. The position requires close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to create efficient user experiences that simplify complex security needs.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and execution of strategic projects with significant customer impact across departments.
• Conduct customer discovery to inform and support product strategy.
• Drive organization-wide design initiatives.
• Share customer insights and communicate design solutions to enhance design team influence.
• Mentor designers to improve concepts and design quality.
• Contribute to and refine the design system for alignment with strategic goals and consistent quality.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience delivering B2B SaaS products on large-scale projects.
• Proven track record of high execution quality and organizational impact.
• Ability to independently lead discovery processes and use customer insights for product strategy and design direction.
• Experience leading design from ambiguity through concept to execution for full product areas.
• Strong mentoring and influencing skills, including with senior and executive management.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and complex problem-solving.
• Demonstrated expertise in design strategy, systemic thinking, and product sensibility.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating design concepts to various audiences.
• Skilled in managing complex projects, timelines, and escalation handling.
• Portfolio required, showing consumer-grade craftsmanship and effective product solutions.
