About the Opportunity:
The Sr. Staff Full Stack Software Engineer, Application Software will own the development of key software components within the organization's application platform. This role is responsible for designing and building production software that supports various operational functions from partner and merchant tools to network operations and enterprise systems. The position involves solving complex, real-world problems to ensure system reliability, scalability, and operational trust, directly influencing the efficiency and effectiveness of the autonomous logistics network.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain software across multiple application domains including operations, fulfillment, billing, and network management.
• Collaborate closely with users and stakeholders to understand workflows and translate ambiguous problems into reliable software solutions.
• Design systems for real-time visibility, operational correctness, and scalability across diverse geographies and functions.
• Own technical and product decisions impacting system architecture and performance.
• Drive adoption and ensure production readiness of software components.
Requirements:
• Experience building and deploying production software systems.
• Strong full-stack development skills spanning frontend, backend, services, and data.
• Ability to simplify complex, high-stakes problems into robust software.
• Strong judgment in product and systems design.
• Commitment to reliability, correctness, usability, and operational trust.
• Experience engaging directly with users and stakeholders.
• Interest in shaping architectural and product direction.
• Willingness to utilize modern AI tools to enhance development velocity while maintaining engineering quality.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Starting cash range for this role is $200,000 - $270,000, with final pay depending on experience, qualifications, skills, location, and impact.
• Total compensation may include equity, overtime pay, discretionary annual or performance bonuses, sales incentives, medical, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and more.
