Sr. Software Engineer: Frontend

2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Software Engineer: Front-End will lead the architecture and development of features for the company's Risk Cloud platform. This role is central to aligning technical solutions with business and engineering objectives, promoting cross-functional collaboration, and implementing modern engineering best practices. The position focuses on delivering high-quality, scalable front-end solutions that enhance the platform's performance and user experience.

3. Responsibilities:

• Lead development using Angular, TypeScript, and front-end tools to build and enhance the product
• Write and review tests to ensure code quality and minimize bugs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies
• Optimize front-end application for speed, reliability, and scalability

4. Requirements:

• Significant professional experience (6+ years) in software engineering or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong expertise in developing web applications with modern front-end frameworks
• Understanding of engineering best practices and proficiency in one or more modern programming languages
• Desire to grow in leadership, architecture, and coding within a fast-paced engineering environment
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively communicate technical information

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The anticipated base salary range for the role is $125,000 - $165,000 per year plus variable compensation, equity, and benefits. Actual compensation will depend on qualifications and skills.
